DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery in the UK

FREE standard delivery to all UK addresses. 

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of receiving your order. 

Most deliveries will be sent with Royal Mail 2nd Class so will take 2 - 3 days to arrive under normal circumstances.

Returns  

We really hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not happy with the item, for any reason, then you can return it to us and we will refund the cost of the product. We simply ask that you contact us within 14 days of receiving the item by emailing sales@tittlemousegifts.co.uk and tell us whether you would like a refund or replacement.  You will then have a further 14 days to send it back to us. Post your item back to us at the address shown on your delivery note included in your parcel Tittlemouse Gifts 73 Beacon Street Lichfield Staffordshire WS13 7AS . Please note that if the item is not in its original condition, we may not be able to issue a refund and we will have to send the item back to you.

We inspect all our items before they are sent to you and we take great care over our packaging. But if in the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or faulty, please send it back to us using the method described above. If you would like a replacement we will send you a replacement if the item is in stock and refund the cost of the return postage. If the item is not in stock, we will give you a refund. If you would like a refund we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of delivery and return postage.

However, we cannot refund the cost of delivery for items that are simply unwanted. We always recommend that you return your item to us using a service that provides you with proof of postage.

When we have received the item in a suitable condition we will process the refund or replacement within two working days.
